Sweet Potato

Did you know? Sweet potato or wild yam is famous for containing hormone-like compounds that are very similar to progesterone, and it may encourage the body's own production of the hormone. I always recommend to my patients to eat sweet potato to help support your luteal phase and progesterone production. Sweet Potato Curry is a must!
