Anjea is the Indigenous word for Fertility Goddess.
In Indigenous mythology, Anjea creates new children from mud and places them in the wombs of future mothers.
To respect Indigenous culture and beliefs, the spelling of Anjea has been changed to Angea.
Angea Fertility Clinic was established by Amanda Waaldyk and is located in the heart of Prahran. Amanda is a passionate Practitioner and has a love for living life to the fullest. It has taken her many years to finally find balance in her life and live her philosophy which is "Health-Life-Balance". This path of finding balance is what lead her to study Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Her love for her work shines through with her clients. For Amanda it's about crossing that finish line no matter what it takes. What makes Amanda smile and her heart sing are her Family, Friends, Garth, Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Yoga, Cycling, Health and of course Pregnant Bellies!
The Clinic is located within walking distance of Prahran Station and is also serviced by Malvern Road, High Street Road, Chapel Street and St Kilda Road Trams.
